Jessa Justice has been hard on the trail of the criminal Cyphon for
months. Each
time she gets closer to capturing the low life and bringing him to
justice. Cyphon is only a super-villain because of the stolen
"power-siphon" that first allowed him to drain the powers of the
mighty American Avenger.
Once he had this power Cyphon discovered that they fade over time so he
used his stolen abilities to steal money to
improve the "power-siphon" eventually getting it redesigned into a set
of gloves that feeds his power suit. Now he can hold and store more
stolen super-power for longer
